Nip + Fab | Bee Sting Deluxe Body Soufflé

Described as a 'high performance body cream', it boasts the inclusion of 'bee venom' to help plump and firm the appearance of skin. Personally, I had none of this so called plumping and firmness. Which makes me incredibly glad I didn't actually pay for this.

I actually got this from a friend, who bought it at the excitement of a plumping and firming of the skin. In fact, she bought this and some others, but just like me, she was left disappointed.

It has a blend of the aforementioned bee venom, honey to hydrate and shea butter to restore moisture and improve elasticity. Now, I get the moisture from the honey and shea butter, but it doesn't stay for long. I've had better results from massage bars, body lotions and bath oils in the past, if i'm honest.

The packaging is a nightmare, I have to say. So you squeeze an amount of the product into your hand and then you're left with the well known oily hands/plastic packaging battle. It slips, it slides and it's just a nightmare. Plus, you have the annoyance of not being able to get all of the product out, without cutting it open, like some deranged scavenger. I much prefer pots, if i'm honest.

Long story short, I just don't like it. It does nothing for my skin, the bee venom does nothing at all and it leaves a smell which is neither good nor bad.

Since this was given to me, I don't know how much she paid for it originally, but i've found it on their website at £9.99 for 200ml...of which you'll probably only ever get 100ml out of the packaging.

Maybe you'll have better results than me. Maybe.
