Lush | Toothy Tabs

These little weirdo's are officially apart of my morning routine. Admittedly, I don't use them alone, I like mixing them with the Colgate MaxWhite ONE Optic, purely for the mixture in textures and formulation. I think the more texture, the more abrasion and the cleaner your teeth will get.

The ingredients are very interesting, along with Spearmint Oil you have Neroli Oil, which is normally used in Lush products for its toning effect on the skin and i'd never thought it would be used on the teeth, but it seems to do the job!

You get 40 tabs per box, which isn't a lot when you're like me who brushes their teeth up to three times a day, but they're affordable, so it averages out nicely.

The best way to use them, in my opinion, is to crush them against the front teeth with your finger and then brush away. Lush suggests you crush them with your teeth by crunching down on them, but i've found that they break into much larger pieces that way and tend to get lost towards the back of the mouth when you eventually brush. Crushing with the finger breaks them into smaller pieces and the then get caught in the brush and move in the direction you move.

I'd also suggest storing them in your bedroom rather than the bathroom as steam in the air might soften them.
